Privacy

We don't use advertising cookies, and we don't ask you to create an account.

This site

Pages are static files served by our hosting provider, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. If we add privacy-friendly visitor statistics, they will be cookieless and aggregated, and this page will say so.

Weather forecast

The wind and weather forecast is fetched by our own server from MET Norway (api.met.no) and cached; your browser never contacts MET Norway directly and no personal data is sent to them.

Cost calculator

The self-drive calculator runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into it is sent anywhere.

Booking links

When you follow a link to GetYourGuide, or when a GetYourGuide booking widget loads on a page, GetYourGuide may set its own cookies to attribute your booking to us. Their privacy policy applies from that point.
